The Theft Level 2 Class addresses the cognitive/behavioral issues behind criminal behavior that is becoming a pattern: intentional, repeated shoplifting, employee theft, credit card fraud, non-violent car theft and theft of more than $1000. Previous arrests and consequences have not deterred these offenders and without some intervention they are likely to re-offend. The class encourages offenders to take responsibility for their behavior in a positive environment that fosters involvement, interaction and peer support.
