Why a person shoplifts, and how to act different when the same set of circumstances occurs again, is the focus of this class. The program illustrates how attitudes can override a person’s sense of right and cause behavior that is contrary to his or her core beliefs. It establishes an atmosphere where participants can accept their mistakes and make the decision never to repeat the act again. Participants regain their              self-confidence and strengthen their ability to act in accordance with what they believe. They explore the consequences of their behavior on society, the merchant and themselves.
